Tomeeka Spruill is a digital communications specialist with a B.A. in International Affairs and Development, a minor in French/Francophone Studies, and an M.S. in Communication. Tomeeka is passionate about advocating for underserved and underrepresented groups both in the United States and Abroad. In addition to her work with HRRC, she also serves as Executive Director and co-founder for Waye County Community Action Network in Goldsboro, NC
