HRRC condemns Russia's targeting of civilians in Ukraine. Attacking civilians is a war crime and must be stopped and Russia held accountable. Leaders at the G7 Summit must take further action to support Ukraine and pressure Russia to end this conflict.

A Russian airstrike hit a shopping mall in Kremenchuk in central Ukraine. The airstrike raised fears over a mass casualty event as approximately 1,000 people were in the mall at the time of the strike. Reports state that at least 15 were killed, and at least 58 were injured.
