Emira Ben Amara

Emira recently graduated with a BSc in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Bath, ranking first in her department. Currently, she works as a Policy Support Officer at the Greater London Authority (comprised of the Mayor of London and the London Assembly). Her role focuses on policies on financial hardship and policies supporting migrant Londoners. She also conducts academic research on human rights in affiliation with a research centre. Across her research, she is driven by a strong interest in how international policies and business practices shape human rights outcomes.
